Your booking is a live experience. Once a booking is made, you have secured private access to that room for that time slot and we are unable to offer that session to any other players. Bookings are therefore final and there are no refunds offered.
RESCHEDULING – If you wish to reschedule your game, simply click on the “View / change booking” link found in your booking confirmation email. The link is available up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking time. Bookings will not be rescheduled inside 48 hrs from your booking time, and no refunds will be provided.
CANCELLATIONS – All bookings are final, no refunds will be provided for cancellations.
NO-SHOWS – If you do not arrive at your allocated booking time, no refunds will be provided. Any fee paid will be deemed a cancellation fee. Therefore please check your booking date and time carefully.
